Bellevue College Conference and Short-term Housing Application

Please note that one adult chaperone is required for every 25 minors.

Non Bellevue-College guests can be assigned with another guest of a similar guest type. Interns from other colleges and universities should plan to share a space with another intern or Bellevue College student and will be treated as such. Students from other colleges and universities should plan on living with Bellevue College students and will be treated as such.

Note that fully private spaces are rarely available in the BC Residence Hall and incur a higher cost.

Bellevue College faculty and staff housing allows, on a space-available basis, the employee to rent an entire 2 bedroom suite at a per-bedroom cost.

Both you and your roommate must indicate each other on your housing application in order to be considered for assignment together.

Please note that campus housing is a smoke-free and tobacco-free environment, per campus policy. Please see Bellevue College Policy 6350 for more information.

Note that the use, possession, delivery, sale, or being visibly under the influence of any alcoholic beverage, except as permitted by law and applicable college policies is considered a violation of the Bellevue College Housing Community Standards.

Alcohol is permitted only for adults over the age of 21 to be possessed and consumed only within their designated suite or apartment and never when in the presence of a minor.
