You’ll need to have been admitted to Bellevue College in order for us to offer you a contract for housing. Please note that there is a one-time $25 housing application fee that will be placed on your Student Account after you have been offered a room and accepted a housing contract.

If there is someone whom you would like to have as your roommate, both of you must specify each other in your housing applications. We will do our best to accommodate you but we cannot guarantee that you will be housed together.

Bellevue College Housing Application

Introduction, Instructions, and Eligibility

In order to live in the Bellevue College Residence Hall, students must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Submission of a signed Housing contract to the Housing office.

Registration of at least six (6) academic credits during the quarter of occupancy. This requirement may be waived for continuing Housing residents during the summer quarter or in special circumstances with approval from the Director of Housing.

Students must be at least 17 years of age at the time of move-in.

      a. Students enrolled in high school programs or non-credit programs must be at least 18 years of age at the time of move-in.

      b. Students under the age of 18 must have an eligible adult over the age of 18 co-sign their official Housing contract.

Student should be in good behavioral standing with Bellevue College prior to and during living on-campus.

Please note that Bellevue College requires all students to submit an attestation of their vaccination status. Bellevue College is a fully vaccinated campus and Bellevue College Housing will enforce compliance with the vaccination requirements. Please indicate if you are interested in living in one of the specialized communities in the Residence Hall. Please note that students must indicate that they are participating in a Health Sciences major in order to live in the Health Sciences Living/Learning Community. Students living in the Substance-Free wing commit not to partake in possession or consumption of alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, or illegal drugs. Prescription medications are, of course, permitted. The Residence Hall alcohol, tobacco, marijuana, and drug policies will be enforced everywhere in the Residence Hall.
Please select the room styles of interest to you. Definitions: Studio style units are open concept units with a kitchenette and one bathroom. Suite style units have a kitchenette, one bathroom, and a small common area connecting two bedrooms. Apartment style units have a large kitchen, two bathrooms, and a large living room area connecting two or four bedrooms. Missing Persons Contact Information

Bellevue College Housing will not make contact with a missing persons contact person without permission from the student OR in serious and life-threatening circumstances specific to a student identified as or reported to be missing. Indicating a missing persons contact person does not supersede Bellevue College's obligations under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, but in the case of a missing or endangered student, Bellevue College staff reserve the right to make contact with this or another designated individual. Students under the age of 18 and not emancipated must indicate a parent or guardian as their missing persons contact.
