On-demand library of mental health related videos are available on the Counseling Center’s homepage.

The Counseling Center has created a small and growing library of on demand mental health related videos. These videos are closed captioned and are 10 – 16 minutes in length and cover topics like the services of the BC Counseling Center, test anxiety, and the “Winter Blues.”
These videos are open to the public and can be watched on your own, in classes, or embedded within Canvas.
You can find the video library on our homepage under ‘On Demand Counseling Videos.’ Additional videos will be added to the library. So, check back!
