Recommendation Form :: OLS Forms

Please use the form below to submit a recommendation form on behalf of an OLS Bellevue College student applicant. This form must be completed by someone other than a family member or guardian, such as an educator, doctor,
employer or supervisor.

Prospective students must select from one of our two program offerings. Please check which program the applicant is
applying for before submitting this form. Review each program’s requirements below.

High School Completion
70+ IQ
Fourth grade or higher reading, writing and math levels
Reliable transportation to/from campus and other local destinations as assigned

Some characteristics of students who thrive in a campus environment:

Desires a traditional college experience
Enjoys socializing and making new friends
Comfortable commuting to campus or living in campus housing
Prefers working and interacting with others in person

High School Completion
75+ IQ
Sixth grade or higher reading, writing and math levels
Consistent access to strong Internet connectivity
International students: English Proficiency (see requirements for associate degrees on the International Admissions page)

Some characteristics of students able to succeed in an online environment:

Intrinsically motivated
Independent worker
Prefers to work remotely
Computer savvy
Wants a college degree
Career-oriented

PLEASE NOTE: OLS Online is a fully synchronous, 100% online offering, with daily classes in a set schedule. While student support is provided, students in our online program must be dedicated enough to arrive and participate in class independently.
