By signing below, you hereby consent and agree that Bellevue College has the right to publish this/use this information in print and online media. I further consent that my name may be revealed therein or by descriptive text or commentary. Typing your full name in the space provided constitutes a valid electronic signature. The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Washington Administrative Code 504-21-050 limit the release of personally identifiable information from student educational records in the absence of a signed release from the student. The information described above may be protected by FERPA and BC regulations, and your agreement constitutes a release under FERPA and BC regulations, of this information for the purposes specified above.
