In this exciting hour-and-a-half session, IBIT faculty member Pete Ophoven will share his experience and perspectives on the technology necessary to lead a class in a dual, on-ground and online setting. Pete’s goal with this presentation is to answer the question, “How can we keep students engaged, no matter the modality we’re teaching from?”

About the presenter: Pete Ophoven is an IBIT faculty member who has placed particular emphasis on hyflex teaching. In addition to extensive background teaching in a hyflex format, Pete has experience as a student in hyflex environs, most recently receiving his master’s in Creativity and Imagination at Drexel’s School of Education.
