Destress Activities With Counselor in the Library

Drop in to the Library between 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. Tuesday, October 25. A BC counselor will be available to discuss ways to manage stress. Mindfulness activities and books you can borrow will also be available.

Drop in to the BC Library (D126) Tuesday, October 25 from 10:30-1 p.m. to destress with the following activities:

  • Mindful coloring
  • Journaling
  • Creating bracelets or other items
  • And more!

A BC counselor will also be available to lead you through a mindfulness exercise and/or explore other ways that you can manage stress.
