EAP is here to help by offering a variety of on-demand webinars which can help you to better understand and manage the stress in your life , adapt to the many changes at work and home connected to COVID, create psychological safety to support the team you supervise.

You can find tools and resources to help increase your wellbeing and reduce stress by being in nature, including this month’s on-demand seminar, “Finding Yourself Through Nature.” This seminar is available beginning Tuesday, June 21.
