This year Bellevue College’s Earth Week will be held the week of April 18 in a hybrid format. The week long celebration focuses on climate justice, action, and education for our campus and community, and includes speakers, workshops, documentaries, fairs, & more!
The Office of Sustainability has begun the planning process and would love to hear your ideas for the annual event!
Do you have a person you’d like to host as a speaker or an organization you’d like to have present on a topic? Is there a movie you’d like to see or a workshop you’d like to have? Do you want to throw your own mini event or lead a session? Let us know!
The theme this year is “Climate Voices: Sharing, listening, and taking action together”, which centers the importance of conversations, story telling, and the sharing of knowledge as a powerful tool to spark climate action.
