Leading from Within Workshop, Beginning Nov. 4

Whether you’re stepping into a new role, redefining your path, or simply seeking renewed direction, “Leading from Within” invites all faculty and staff to pause, reflect, and rediscover the strengths you already carry.

More Information:

Open to all Bellevue College faculty and staff.

Whether you are stepping into a new role, exploring a different direction or sensing it is time for something new, change can leave you wondering who you are in this next chapter. This three-session workshop offers an opportunity to reflect, reconnect with your strengths, and consider how they shape your leadership and impact.

Using the Dependable Strengths Articulation Process, participants will share stories, listen to colleagues and gain new perspectives on the strengths they bring to their work and community.

Participants will leave with greater clarity about their strengths, confidence as mentors and leaders, language to describe their experiences, and connections with colleagues navigating similar transitions.

1:30-4 PM, Wednesdays, Nov. 4, Nov. 18 and Dec. 2
House 1

Participants must attend all three in-person sessions. There is no online option or partial attendance.

Registration deadline: Wednesday, Oct. 21
