Updated Campus Printing Rates for Fiscal Year 2027
Following the renewal of Bellevue College’s campus-wide printing agreement, Information Technology Services leadership has approved updated printing rates for fiscal year 2027 (FY2027). The new rates create one pricing structure for all campus users.
The updated pricing:
- Establishes one pricing structure for all campus users.
- Lowers color printing costs for many departments.
- Provides clearer pricing based on paper size, color and single- or double-sided printing.
- Includes standard pricing for 11 x 17 printing.
- Supports sustainability by making double-sided printing more affordable.

Need Printing or Scanning Access?
Campus Canon copiers use a scan card for authentication. Once activated, the card can be used at Canon copiers across campus, with charges applied to the associated department budget.
Who Can Request Access?
Faculty and staff who need to print on campus may request access. Supervisor or manager approval is required. Directors and coordinators may submit one request for multiple users.
Information Needed for Your Request
Please provide:
- User name, department and division.
- Budget number for printing and copying charges.
- ctcLink employee number.
- Door scan card number, if you already have one.
