Join us Wednesday for Staff Accessibility Office Hours. Two presenters, two form tools — Taija Tevia-Clark on Gravity Forms and Morgan Olson on Acrobat form basics.
More Information:
We are doing something a little different at Staff Accessibility Office Hours this Wednesday, July 29, 12:30–2:30 PM via Teams, and we think you are going to love it.
This week we have not one but two presenters tackling the topic of accessible forms from different angles:
Taija Tevia-Clark, Director of Integration with BC-ITS, will walk us through Gravity Forms – the web-based form tool used at Bellevue College and what to keep in mind when building forms that work for everyone.
Morgan Olson, Digital Learning Technologist with Interactive eLearning, will cover the basics of accessible forms in Adobe Acrobat – including what to watch out for and when a different tool might serve you better.
Whether you build forms for your department, fill them out regularly, or have ever wondered if the forms you send out are actually accessible, this session is for you.
After the presentations we will open it up for Q&A. No appointment needed — drop in anytime between 12:30 and 1:30 to catch both presentations and questions or stay for the full two hours for open accessibility support.
This is just one of many themed sessions running through August 26th. Check back here in the BCFYI each week for the latest topic and guest presenters.
