HVAC and Roofing Project to Impact D Building and Parking Lot C5
As part of a phased effort to improve HVAC systems across campus, Bellevue College will replace HVAC equipment and roofing in the north third of D Building this summer and fall.
Construction is expected to begin at the end of June and continue through December or January. Construction fencing will be installed during the week of June 29. The north third of D Building and Parking Lot C5 will be closed throughout the project.
Areas Impacted
- The Library will remain open; however, first- and second-floor areas north of the service desk will be closed for construction.
- Parking Lot C5 will be closed.
- A construction perimeter fence will surround the north end of D Building.
- The exterior tower restrooms will remain open whenever possible but may experience intermittent closures during roofing work.
