Lecture: Print – A Brief History, May 13

Dr. Geoffrey Turnovsky will present a talk on the history of letterpress printing. Following the presentation, participants will have the opportunity to work with a provisional press and learn how to set type.

Join Bellevue College on Wednesday, May 13, at 11:30 AM in the Collaboratory, located on the first floor of the BC Library in D Building, Room 126, for a talk and workshop on the history of letterpress printing presented by Dr. Geoffrey Turnovsky, professor and director of textual studies at the University of Washington.

Following the presentation, participants will have the opportunity to work with a provisional press and learn how to set type.
