Faculty and staff planning to join Beginner Yoga are advised of a schedule and location change for the spring quarter.

Updated class details

  • Time: 12:15–1:00 PM (previously 12:00–1:50 PM)
  • Location: G110 (Fitness Studio)
  • Schedule: Mondays, April 27–June 1, 2026 (no class on May 25)
  • Instructor: Kelly Butterworth
  • Audience: Faculty and staff who are new to yoga or returning to practice

Participants are invited to take a mid-day break to stretch, reset, and build a sustainable yoga practice in a beginner-friendly environment. All levels are welcome.

First-time participants

Those who submit the form online will receive a confirmation email. Please print the confirmation and bring a copy of the signed form to class to provide to the instructor.
