The Resource and Planning Council ensures that planning and resource allocation are aligned. The council makes recommendations to the college president, the College Assembly, or other councils, as appropriate, for further consideration and action. It also encourages cross-campus communication, coordination, and collaboration across all units of the college, particularly in Finance and Effectiveness and Strategic Planning.
