The Resources and Planning Council ensures that planning and resource allocation align with the college’s priorities. The council makes recommendations to the college president, the College Assembly and other councils as appropriate for further consideration and action. It also encourages cross-campus communication, coordination and collaboration between units across the college, particularly Finance and Effectiveness and Strategic Planning.
