Planning for this year’s Staff Professional Development Day on March 3 is well underway. Please save the date for an event built to provide all classified and exempt staff an opportunity to explore a wide range of sessions to support your journey as educators and members of the Bellevue College community. The Staff Professional Development Committee invites you to check out the event website for updates, get to know the 2026 committee, and find relevant forms. More updates will appear in the coming weeks.
We invite the Bellevue College community to submit a proposal to present during Staff Professional Development Day. The 2026 theme is “Grow Your Way: Personal & Professional Development” This year we seek a broad representation of sessions for an audience with different needs and skillsets. Ranging from student support tools, to personal well-being, creativity, practical skills, facility tours, or student development theory, we hope everyone finds something they need. All presentations are expected to be 75 minutes.
