New Employee Wellness Offerings for Winter Quarter

Bellevue College is committed to fostering a supportive and healthy campus. Managers across the college are encouraged to help create space for employees to engage in wellness activities that strengthen well‑being, connection, and balance.

Tai Chi and Meditation

Taught by Wei Geiger, this class combines gentle movement and guided breathing to promote relaxation, improve balance, and support overall well‑being. Open to all!

Time: 12-1 PM, Wednesdays
Winter Schedule: Jan. 27 – Feb. 24
Location: Room 205, T Building
No equipment needed

First visit: Complete an Assumption Risk Form online or check with the instructor for a form. Please note: If you complete the consent form online, you will receive a confirmation via email. Print the confirmation email and bring a copy of your signed form to turn in to your instructor.

Free Blood Pressure Checks

Time: 11 AM to 2 PM
Winter Schedule: First Wednesday of each month (Feb. 4, March 4)
Location: HPM Hub (T Building, 2nd floor)

Get a free blood pressure screening to monitor your health and well-being. This service is offered in partnership with the American Heart Association.
