Fitness – Mighty Morning and NoonFit Refresh

Mighty Morning Fitness (drop-in)

Wednesdays: 7:30-8:30 AM
Room: G111 (Fitness Center)
Winter Quarter Schedule Dates: Jan. 14, 21, 28, Feb. 4, 11, 18, and March 4 (No class Feb 25)
Full-body workouts with cardio and strength. All fitness levels welcome.

NoonFit Refresh (drop-in)

Wednesdays: 12:30-1 PM
Room: G110 (Fitness Studio)
Winter Quarter Schedule Dates: Jan 14, 21, 28, Feb 11, 18, and March 4
A quick mid-day stretch and movement reset to feel refreshed and focused. All are welcome.

Faculty and Staff Wellness Opportunities

Emergency Preparedness – NEW

Time: 12-1 PM
Schedule: Five Tuesdays, Jan. 13, 27, Feb.10, 24 and March 3
Room: Hyflex in D104 and via Teams

Learn how to prepare your home to stay safe during emergencies so you can focus on supporting students and our campus. Topics include food and water, medical readiness, communication plans, and mutual support networks.

Creative Writing Drop-In – NEW

Time: 4-6 PM

A relaxed, monthly space to write, revise, or get unstuck. Come for quiet writing time, prompts, or optional sharing. Open to faculty and staff. RSVP encouraged; drop-ins welcome.

Silent Book Club

Time: 12-1 PM
