About the Council

The Council for Inclusion and Diversity (CID) supports Bellevue College’s commitment to equity, inclusion, and pluralism. The CID works to:

• Promote the recruitment and retention of a diverse student body and workforce

• Address disparate achievement outcomes

• Recommend actions to college leadership and other governance councils

• Foster campus-wide collaboration and communication

The council operates with support from the Office of Equity and Pluralism and Human Resources.
