Week 3 of Month of Microlearning: Enhance Your Courses with Engaging Tools

Join us for Week 3 of the Month of Microlearning (MoML) as we continue to help you clean, organize, and enhance your courses with powerful tools and strategies. These 30-minute Zoom sessions (12:30–1 p.m.) will introduce innovative ways to create engaging, accessible, and streamlined courses.

Week 3 Schedule

• Tuesday, Feb. 18: Cidi Labs – Quick Checks & Popup Content
  Learn how to integrate interactive tools into your courses! Quick Checks help students track their progress, while pop-up content highlights key materials in an engaging way.

• Wednesday, Feb. 19: Canvas – Concluding Your Courses
  Starting next quarter, past courses will be automatically “concluded” in Canvas. This session will explain what this change means for you and your students and how to prepare for a smooth transition.

• Thursday, Feb. 20: UDOIT – User-Friendly Accessibility in Canvas
  Be among the first to explore UDOIT, a new tool coming to Canvas! UDOIT simplifies accessibility checks, making it easier and faster to ensure course content meets accessibility standards.

• Friday, Feb. 21: Cidi Labs – Accordions, Expanders & Tabs
  Discover the differences between accordions, expanders, and tabs, and learn how to use them to improve student engagement.

How to Join

Register for each session at the Month of Microlearning website. After registering, you’ll receive an email with the Zoom link to attend live. Can’t make it? No problem! All registered participants will receive a session recording.
