Nonfit: Flex, Function & Form

Join us for a rotating variety of fluid stretches, mindful movement, mobility exercises, workplace posture tips, and stress reduction techniques. This drop-in session is designed to boost both your body and mood, focusing on flexibility, functional movement, and safe form to help you feel better and stronger.

Session Details
  • When: Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:30–1:00 p.m. (Jan. 7 – Mar. 27)
    • No sessions on Feb. 13, 18, 20, or Mar. 4
  • Where: Fitness Center (G111)
  • No registration required—just drop in!

Important: Participants must complete an Assumption of Risk form at the Fitness Center before attending their first session.
