Wellness Classes for Employees
Bellevue College is offering a variety of wellness classes for employees throughout the academic year, including meditation, yoga, tai chi, and open gym hours. All sessions are designed to promote physical and mental well-being. Comfortable clothing is recommended, and any necessary equipment will be provided.

Class Schedule
Meditation
Instructor: Wei Geiger
Meditation helps reduce stress, improve focus, and promote inner peace through mindfulness and relaxation techniques.

Tai Chi
Instructor: Wei Geiger
Tai Chi combines gentle movements and deep breathing to improve balance, flexibility, and reduce stress, supporting both physical and mental health.

Yoga (Beginner)
Instructors: Meg Pearson, Kelly Butterworth, Lena Rosen & Rachel Lowe
This beginner class focuses on basic poses, breathing, and relaxation to build strength, flexibility, and well-being.

Yoga (Intermediate)
Instructor: Sally Smith
Intermediate yoga enhances strength, balance, and flexibility with more advanced poses and techniques, ideal for experienced participants.
