Bellevue College will hold an online public hearing to gather input on proposed revisions to Chapter 132H-133 of the Washington Administrative Code (WAC), addressing the organization and general operating policies of Community College District VIII.

Purpose of the Hearing
The public hearing is an opportunity for individuals to provide comments on the proposed revisions. These changes aim to align the WAC with the Bellevue College Board of Trustees’ Policy Manual and Washington state laws, including RCW 28B.63 and RCW 28B.50.140(13).
Proposed Revisions Include:

Adding WAC 132H-133-040 to Policy 1000 as WAC 132H-106-055.

Updating and adopting WAC 132H-133-010 and -050 regarding commercial activity as Policy/Procedure 7450.

Integrating Procedure 7450P into Policy 7450.
