Purpose of the Hearing
This hearing allows members of the public to provide input on the proposed rule revisions. These updates aim to align Chapter 132H-106 WAC with the Bellevue College Board of Trustees’ Policy Manual and Governance and Policy Manual language.
Key Revisions Include:

Updating WAC 132H-106 redline as Policy 1000.

Adding WAC 132H-133-040 to Policy 1000 as WAC 132H-106-055.

Revisions are being adopted under the Board of Trustees’ authority (RCW 28B.50.140(13)).
