Join us for Mighty Morning Fitness, a weekly workout that combines cardio intervals, strength training, and functional movement exercises—all in a supportive, social setting. Get your heart rate up, build strength, and kick-start your day with a burst of energy!

- When: Wednesdays, 7:30–8:30 a.m., Sept. 25 – Dec. 11
- Where: Fitness Center (G111)
- Cost: Free, no registration necessary
Just drop in! Be sure to complete an Assumption of Risk form at the Fitness Center the first time you attend.
