Boost your body and mood with a rotating variety of fluid stretches, mindful movement, workplace posture tips, and stress reduction techniques. These sessions are designed to help you feel better throughout your day!
- When: Tuesdays, 12:30 – 1:00 p.m., from Sept. 24 – Dec. 10
- Where: Fitness Center (G111)
- Who: Open to BC faculty and staff
- Cost: No registration required, and it’s free!
