Explore sustainable living and the lifestyle factors that make the Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica one of the world’s Blue Zones and one of the greenest countries on the planet. Participants will enroll in HLTH 297: Global Wellness during Winter Quarter 2025, travel to Costa Rica over Spring Break 2025, and volunteer during Earth Month 2025. This unique opportunity offers experiential learning for a lifetime of sustainable wellness practices.
