Purpose of the Proposal:
Following the U.S. Department of Education’s final rule released on April 19, 2024, Title IX regulations required updates to the Student Conduct Code. The changes ensure compliance with federal rules and also include clarifications on document delivery methods and the use of artificial intelligence in relation to academic integrity.
