In an effort to simplify, we have made a few changes to catering procedures. Here is a short summary. You will find more details in our upcoming newsletter.
More Information:
1. Please place your catering orders 10-business days prior to your event with your event coordinator.
2. Your event coordinator will work directly with the chef to fulfill your catering request.
3. Events may use an approved outside caterer if:
a. Food services does not have the resources to fulfill the request.
– OR-
b. Food services is unable to prepare the requested menu items.
4. Food Services will negotiate catering contracts.
