This training helps you navigate many of your burning questions such as how do I manage conflict, how do I communicate with colleagues, how do I get things done more easily in a team and how do I manage negativity. It is all there in this training with lots of interactivity, videos, and engagement. Over 110 Bellevue College employees have taken this course. Please note that there is a cost to register people for this course. Each session builds on the other– kindly, register ONLY if you can attend all sessions. Also, please ensure your supervisor has approved your attending all 3 sessions.

Course Details:

1. Get Unstuck: Identify and address conversations that hinder progress.
2. Master My Stories I: Understand and manage the emotions driving your conversations.
3. Master My Stories II: Overcome negative narratives that affect outcomes.
4. Start With Heart: Maintain focus on your true objectives with good intent.
5. State My Path: Communicate honestly and respectfully.
6. Make It Safe: Rebuild trust when defensiveness arises.
7. Seek Mutual Purpose: Find common ground in conflicting conversations.
8. Learn to Look: Recognize when dialogue is breaking down.
9. Explore Others’ Paths: Listen actively and respond productively.
10. Move to Action: Transition from dialogue to action and results.

Facilitator

Warda Zaman, Talent Development Manager, HR. Warda is licensed to teach Crucial Conversations for Mastering Dialogue and Crucial Conversations for Accountability to Bellevue College employees. She is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and certified as an Executive Coach from the Center of Executive Coaching.
