Trial test during summer for the Carpool Lunch Program for employees. Seeking drivers that go off campus for lunch that want to meet other BC employees for networking and community building.
More Information:
The Classified Council is continuing their work on Food Service Options & Challenges goal during summer by doing a trial test of a Carpool Lunch Program. During Summer there will be very limited food options on campus, so this gives an opportunity to test out this idea so BC employees have more options for lunch as well as an opportunity to build community and networking among BC employees.
Currently seeking Carpool Lunch Drivers!
If you go off campus to a restaurant regularly at least once a week and would like to offer an empty seat in your vehicle for other employees to join you please consider joining the carpool lunch program as a driver.
Here is some info:
- Drivers will be given admin rights to the MS Bookings page
- Drivers will choose their hour time slot and restaurant
- Drivers will manage their own calendar and time off periods from the program
- Drivers will need a vehicle for 1-3 passengers
- Drivers will choose their meet up location for their passengers
It would be nice to have something set up for the second week of summer quarter, but we can add drivers any time.
Please reach out to valencio.socia@bellevuecollege.edu with any questions about becoming a carpool lunch driver.
Please NOTE the Carpool Lunch Program is only for BC Faculty & Staff.
