XPRESS FITNESS
Xpress Fitness will move to Mondays for the next two weeks. April 10 and 17. The classes will resume their regularly schedule day (Wednesdays) on April 26. To join the class online use the Zoom link on the Employee Wellness site.

FREE PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal Fitness Trainer Interns will offer their services to the BC community from April 17 to June 21 on Monday’s and Wednesday’s from 9:30-10:20 a.m. in the Fitness Center.

POUND ROCK OUT WORKOUT
Pound Rock-out Workout is a music-driven, drumming-inspired workout.
When: Wednesday, April 26. Where: G-Building, Room G-110
Two sessions offered:
1) 10:30-11:20 a.m.
2) 11:30 a.m.-12:20 p.m.

Join your fellow employees to play Washington State’s official sport! Stress relief at its finest!
Come hit a ball as hard as you can. No experience necessary. Equipment is provided.
