All requests must be approved by division leadership before submission. Completed requests are due Nov. 13, 2026, and should be emailed to administrativeservices@bellevuecollege.edu.
Capital project requests may be submitted before each biennium for review by the Capital Project Recommendation Committee (CPRC).

The Capital Project Recommendation Committee reviews capital project requests and provides recommendations for the allocation of capital funds.
What is a capital project?
Capital projects include:
- Significant renovation, alteration or expansion of existing facilities that supports the continuity or improvement of operations, such as roof replacement or a complex space remodel.
- Significant infrastructure repair or replacement, such as plumbing, electrical, sewer or road repairs.
What if I have a smaller project request?
Smaller projects, such as painting an office or making changes within an existing space, do not require the Capital Project Request Form. Submit these requests to Campus Operations through a work order.
