Join Staff Accessibility Office Hours from 12:30-2:30 PM Wednesday, July 22.
This session will focus on making virtual meetings in Zoom and Microsoft Teams more inclusive. Participants will explore accessibility features, including live captions, and discuss practical steps meeting hosts can take before and during a meeting to reduce barriers.
Bring your experiences and questions as we share what we know and learn together.
No appointment is required. Drop in for a few minutes or stay for the full two-hour session.
