The Bellevue College Queer & Trans Resource Center invites the college community to attend Lavender Graduation 2026, a celebration honoring LGBTQIA+ and allied students who graduated or will graduate during 2026.
The ceremony will take place from 2-4 PM Wednesday, June 17, in U Building, Rooms U312 and U313.
Students who graduated in Winter 2026 or will graduate in Spring, Summer or Fall 2026 are invited to participate in the ceremony and receive a purple honor cord.

Family members, friends and the entire Bellevue College community are welcome to attend.
This year’s keynote speaker is Carmen Rivera, Renton City Council Position 2 representative. Elected in 2021, Rivera is the first openly queer person, first Boricua and youngest Latina elected to the Renton City Council.
