Interested in studying abroad? Learn how you could receive funding to support your international experience through the Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship Program.
The U.S. Department of State’s Gilman Scholarship awards up to $5,000 to Pell Grant-eligible undergraduate students studying abroad in more than 100 countries. The program helps students develop global networks, foreign language skills and professional experience while representing the United States abroad.
Students with veteran status who are eligible for the Pell Grant may also qualify for the John S. McCain International Scholarship for Military Families (Gilman-McCain Scholarship).
