Required Screening Committee Training for Bellevue College Employees
Bellevue College requires all employees serving on screening committees to complete mandatory training before participating in the hiring process. This requirement applies to hiring managers, program chairs, screening committee chairs, bias mitigation advocates and all committee members.
Employees must complete both required trainings before serving on a screening committee.
Required Trainings
Recruiting and Selecting Excellence
This training provides foundational guidance for conducting fair, impartial and equitable recruitment processes. Participants will also review hiring resources and procedures from the Office of Human Resources.

- Choose preferred training session(s).
Participants will receive a calendar invitation with a Microsoft Teams link a few days before the training.
