Bellevue College invites students to learn about Health and Wellness Coaching at an upcoming virtual session hosted by the Health Promotion and Education Bachelor of Applied Science and the Health Sciences Education and Wellness Institute (HSEWI).
Time: 6:30 PM, Wednesday, April 29
Location: Online via Zoom
The session will feature Vanessa Calonzo, a certified life coach and adult educator and founder of Live Aligned Coach. She brings experience leading programs at a community college and facilitating workshops focused on mindfulness and personal growth.
Participants will:
- Learn about Health and Wellness Coaching pathways
- Explore coaching strategies and approaches
- Gain insight into the field from an experienced practitioner
- Have an opportunity to ask questions
