Bellevue College invites the campus community to enjoy a hearty, customizable potato bar, available Monday through Thursday in the cafeteria.
Choose from russet or sweet potatoes and top them with your favorites, including butter, sour cream, green onion, shredded cheddar, and bacon. Non-dairy substitutes are also available.
Create your own comfort meal and enjoy a warm, satisfying option on campus.
