This year’s Earth Month theme at Bellevue College is “Transforming Lives: Our Power, Our Planet,” celebrating the college’s 60 years of transforming lives and aligning with the official Earth Day 2026 theme.

Earth Month kicks off Tuesday, April 7, with a Grounds Volunteer Session—an opportunity to gain hands-on experience with habitat restoration work.

Throughout April, the college will collect personal electronics for e-waste recycling. PCs for People Seattle will recycle devices in an environmentally responsible manner while ensuring all data is securely removed or destroyed. Refurbished technology will then be donated to individuals in need.
