Active Shooter/Active Threat Preparedness Training
We invite you to participate in an in-person Active Shooter/Active Threat Preparedness Training designed to strengthen campus safety, awareness, and preparedness. We are providing two in-person sessions on the same day—please choose the time that best fits your schedule.
This training is optional to attend. It complements, but does not replace the on-demand training available in Bridge.

Seating is available on a first come, first served basis. Please arrive on time to allow for seating and a prompt start.

What to Expect
Participants will engage in an informative and practical discussion covering:

An overview of the Run, Hide, Fight response model

The emergency lockdown key system on campus

The role of Public Safety in emergency situations

Additional safety trainings and resources available to employees
By the end of the session, participants will have a stronger understanding of active shooter response guidance and how campus safety systems and supports work together to protect our community.
