AMATYC Student Math League Competition, Mar. 12

The AMATYC Student Math League is a national competition. Students get to test their problem-solving skills and see how they compare to others from around the nation.

AMATYC Student Mathematics League Competition — Round 2

Students are invited to participate in Round 2 of the AMATYC Student Mathematics League competition, a timed mathematics contest focused on precalculus concepts.

Time and location:
• 2:30 PM — N201
• 3 PM — B104

About the Competition
The competition is a 60-minute timed test consisting of 20 multiple-choice precalculus questions. Students arriving late will not be allowed to participate.

Bellevue College’s team score is calculated using the five highest individual scores. Students are encouraged to participate — simply taking part will not negatively affect the team score.

Calculator Policy
Allowed calculators: TI-82, TI-83, TI-84, TI-85, TI-86, TI-89 and TI-Nspire.
Calculators with a QWERTY keyboard, including the TI-92, are not permitted.
