SJC Care & Wellness Sessions Offered March 5
The Social Justice Center (SJC) at Bellevue College will host Care & Wellness sessions Wednesday, Mar. 5, from 11 AM–noon and 1–2 PM in B Building, Room 207.
Offered once each quarter, SJC Care & Wellness provides a campuswide opportunity for academic departments, staff, affinity groups, administrative teams and students to pause for rest, reflection and mindfulness. The program introduces skills, tools and practices that support self-care, mindfulness and renewed energy.
Two sessions will be available on the event date:

One session will be RSVP-based and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

The second session will be open to all and first-come, first-served, with space for up to 30 participants, based on room capacity in B207.
Participation in both sessions is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
