The Resources & Planning Council ensures that planning and resource allocation are aligned. The council makes recommendations to the President’s Office, College Assembly and other councils, as appropriate, and encourages cross-campus communication and collaboration across all units of the college, particularly Finance and Effectiveness and Strategic Planning.
