More Information:
Join Bellevue College’s Sustainability Office to attend this year’s Washington Oregon Higher Education Sustainability Conference (WOHESC) happening March 2-4.
WOHESC is a platform for inspiring change, facilitating action, and promoting collaboration to drive action for sustainability and social justice within our regional higher education institutions. There, you will find sessions, workshops, and networking opportunities to empower you to advance environmental and social justice.
The 2026 theme for WOHESC is, “Still We Rise: Intergenerational Leadership for a Sustainable Future.” This year’s theme challenges us not only to envision a better future, but to co-create it. Through mentorship, shared responsibility, and practical pathways, we can uplift rising leaders far beyond graduation. Sessions will explore the systems, strategies, and stories that illuminate what is possible when we lead with passion, equity, and vision.
Space is limited. You could be one of the lucky ones chosen to attend for free.
Students should apply by Feb. 18.
