Employee W-2 Forms for the tax year 2025 are available to all employees in HCM Employee Self Service in ctcLink. For individuals who did not consent to receive their W-2 electronically, a paper W-2 Form will be mailed.

Employee W-2 Forms for the tax year 2025 are available. The electronic version is available now to all employees in HCM Employee Self Service > Payroll > W-2/W-2c Forms.
For individuals who did not consent to receive their W-2 electronically, a paper W-2 Form was printed at the Washington State Printing Office and was mailed on or before Jan. 31.
If you would like to receive your W-2 electronically, but haven’t submitted your consent, you still can do so. Refer to the step-by-step guide HCM Employee Self Service > Payroll > W-2/W-2c Electronic Consent.
