Tai Chi and Meditation
Taught by Wei Geiger, this class combines gentle movement and guided breathing to promote relaxation, improve balance, and support overall well‑being. Open to all!

First visit: Complete an Assumption Risk Form online or check with the instructor for a form. Please note: If you complete the consent form online, you will receive a confirmation via email. Print the confirmation email and bring a copy of your signed form to turn in to your instructor.
Free Blood Pressure Checks
Time: 11 AM to 2 PM
Winter Schedule: First Wednesday of each month (Feb. 4, March 4)
Location: HPM Hub (T Building, 2nd floor)
Get a free blood pressure screening to monitor your health and well-being. This service is offered in partnership with the American Heart Association.
