Keynote Speaker 

Jazmyn Clark
Smart Justice Policy Program Director, ACLU of Washington 

Jazmyn Clark leads statewide policy and legislative advocacy focused on reducing incarceration, ending the criminalization of poverty, and dismantling systems that reinforce racial inequity. A former public defender and civil rights attorney, her work centers on dignity, accountability, and community-led solutions. 

About the Keynote 

The keynote explores Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s vision of the Beloved Community, a society grounded in justice, compassion, and shared responsibility, and reflects on how that vision continues to guide efforts toward equity and belonging today.
